Sirkin Pinales & Schwartz attorneys are admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Ohio as well as select courts in other states. We accept all varieties of misdemeanor and felony representation and have particular expertise in federal sentencing guidelines, and representing those accused of professional white collar crimes, such as prescription drug, Medicare and tax fraud, and drug offenses. We also accept death penalty appeals.
